I nurse my baby at night and in the morning, but when I'm at work, she gets either Enfamil Gentlease or Good Start - sometimes both in the same day (different bottles). She has no problem switching between the three (breastmilk, Good Start, Enfamil).
I picked the Enfamil Gentlease because it has the broken down proteins ("comfort proteins") like Good Start. Which one I use depends on what coupons I have available.
When you nurse a baby, your milk changes depending on what you've eaten that day, so your baby is getting something different all the time. So I don't see why two different formulas would be a problem, as long as she's not fussy or having a bad reaction to one of them.
Good luck!

Sure can. As long as he likes both of them, there's nothing wrong with that. Especially with enfamil and good start because they have a lot of the same things in them. There are some formulas that differ a little more because they are meant for different things and have other ingredients, and they probably shouldnt be mixed.
But, when my son came along, for about two months we were really tight on money and I had started him on Enfamil, went to Good Start, and then went to this cheaper version called Kuddles. I saw no signs of him changing his eating habits or spitting up more or less. As long as you see no signs in your baby, then you will be fine and so will they.

I think if you are using the Enfamil Gentle Ease and the Nestle Good Start(these two formulas are suppost to be similar) it will probably be ok. I tried this same thing, but my son had a hard time with it. The reason that I had to do it was, because I'm on WIC and they will not cover the Nestle Good Start. Every baby is different.

As long as it is the same type (both milk, or both soy), there shouldn't be any problems. If your baby doesn't react differently, (the stool may change a little at the beginning), aboslutely there is no harm done. Sometimes the baby is very sensitive and only prefers one, but if your baby is OK with it, there shouldn't be any concern.

i changed formulas with my daughter, as long as they like them both there isn't a problem, nutrionally most formulas are made pretty much the same. so you shouldn't have any problems, when my daughter was a baby i used enfamil, similac, good start and also paren'ts choice(walmarts brand) depending on what was cheapest when i went shopping and what i got samples of and i never had any problems she liked them all.

This is what my doc told me: you can go between different brands but you have to use the same kind. For example, if you are using Enfamil Lipil which has DHA and ARA with Iron, then you can use the Good Start with DHA and ARA with Iron.

I did the same thing with my baby at 3 months. I did check with the Dr. first and she said that was ok. Babies can have their formulas switched just as long as its not frequently and so its ok to be using 2 formulas.

Everything I've ever read says that you should only use one type of baby formula. Going back and forth can upset his digestive system and can make him become a picky eater. However your best bet would be to ask your pediatrician, or call the office and speak to one of the nurses there.

i've got got here across Pampers Swaddlers to be the terrific "newborn" diaper. as quickly as my babies have been given to length 2 diapers we went to the Pampers toddler Dry diapers. We tried the two Huggies and Luvs, the two have been undesirable and leaked plenty for our little ones. i could additionally especially advise the Pampers gentle wipes. The Platex Nurser bottles have been my son's well-liked. My daughter is breast fed. The formulation we used for my son became Enfamil Lipil and we made our very own toddler foodstuff yet each and every now and then we offered the Gerber toddler foodstuff.

As a mother of four, I would not. These formulas are made differently and in turn digested differently. You may not know it yet, but I would vote you may see changes in your baby, such as gas, crabbiness, constapation or diarrea. I would think it would be easier on your baby and you, to just stick with one type. Good luck and best wishes with baby.
