If you have tried all these with no relief then maybe it's time to see the doctor for an antibiotic. I really love the Z pack and now there is a Z pack that only has one pill. Fall is usually bad time of year due to the mold on the fallen leaves which cause allergy symptoms. I suffer all year from sinus problems so I know what you are going through. Good Luck!

I get terrible sinus headaches and have used Advil Cold and Sinus. It takes the pressure out and makes it so my head doesn't feel like it will explode. Good luck!

A big spoonful of horseradish often works for me when medications won't. A big spoonful of Tabasco or other such hot sauce also could work. Or, eat a jalapeno peper. Yes, these remedies are painful at first, but that goes away, and hopefully, so does some of the sinus pressure.

You may have a sinus infection in which case you'll need an antibiotic. I would see your doctor.

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

I have had miraculous results from two God made originations. First Grapefruit seed extract available at the health food stores and online ordering. Caution some medications will be amplified using this, The +s far outway the -'s. I use a product called GSE from Ireland, it is fabulous. The other is not inexpensive but even more incredible and downright miraculous to the fullest order. I love it so much and it makes my touring when doing guitar studio work and solo shows much more tolerable. I drink it regularly www.xango.net I became a dealer to make it more available, I have even done radio interviews about it. Email me at danielalbertini72@yahoo.com It WILL work in a relatively short amount of time. So give it the One Two punch (another strong possibility I have seen is the nerves being constantly irritated need to be relieved physically gently through a competent Palmer graduate of Chiropractic relief of subluxations. Mine has flat out saved my life www.pittsburgchiropractic.com) Give it the TKO!!!

Yes, go buy a bulb syringe. Where they sell baby stuff. Mix together a lukewarm saline solution (1/4 a teaspoon of salt to 1 cup of water.) Stand over the sink or toilet and shoot it up one nostril at a time. I am telling you---that will clear out SO much stuff you won't believe it. You will feel so much better. It's really disgusting, I know and you have to cough all that garbage up and out. But it does work.

If it is due to allergy, then finding out what you are allergic to, and avoiding it would work to prevent the sinus problems in the future. Start with the gluten grains (wheat, oats, barley and rye) as that can be a source of many allergies, but also lactose (milk), dust, mites, and mold can cause allergies.

I understand high insulin production (hyperinsulinemia) can aggravate allergies.
