if msc,then how do i apply fr it? if mca how do i apply fr that? and how do i prep fr the entrance exam?

You should do MCA.
Universities are conducting entrance tests for admission tests... do apply and appear in it... i think you have to prepare for mathematics mainly... you will get all the information in the form for test.

MCA is better as if u want to get into the s/w industry .. BSc + MCA will be treated equivalent to B.Tech which is must for a technical job. Do MSc if you want to get into teaching, research or want to do Phd after it. There are a lot of good MCA institutes, most of them have their own entrance exams .. IIT Roorkee, DU, GGSIPU to name a few .. search on google .. if you are in a metro there will be a lot of training institues around .. Yes u have to do a lot of maths ... best of luck !!!
