I have 6 guys on bye this week; including 3 RB's (T Jones, T Henry and F Gore). I have my RB's filled though already with LJ, Westbrook and M Barber III.
I am considering offering Gore for Fred Taylor; not just for this week (putting Taylor in for Barber); but looking ahead at the defensive schedules Taylor seems to have a cake walk compared to Gore.
Would you offer Gore for Taylor? Or is Gore worth more than that?

That would be a really bad trade. Not only do you lose a top RB, but you gain an injury prone time-sharing RB in Taylor. Gore is worth a 1st or 2nd round fantasy pick. Taylor is not.

I would probably wait until the end of this weekend just to see if Taylor gets hurt (which he is known to do about this time). Gore is not a bad option, he's really all the 49ers have with Alex Smith still struggling. But I would really wait til the end of the weekend then take another look at it.

Gore is better than Taylor because Taylor always gets injured.. I would just take a loss this week unless of course your opponent has more problems with the bye week

I would do it. Taylor has put up better numbers more times than Gore. Jaguars have a better team than the 49ers anyway.

Good trade but Gore is No1 in SF and Taylor splits time. I'd trade Gore but i'd think about it good first.

"Fragile" Fred...

Gore is still a top player with a couple bad weeks... Jones Drew I think will continue to get more playing time... it looks like a bad trade all around
