Yeah it exists such devices...You can do it on your Hi-Fi system.You just to put your cd to play and your cassette tape in the recording deck and just push the record button.Or if you don't have a Hi-Fi system,you have to connect your cd player to a cassette tape recorder

any stereo with a cd drive and a tape deck with record function.. play the cd.. and put in a blank tape.. press rec and play.. and you should be able to record..

Yeah, it's called a radio!...get one at your local electronics outlet...it has to have a cd player w/taped deck recording...they still sell them, I just brought one.
