I think you can help naturally up your testosterone level with Saw Palmetto which you can purchase at the Pharmacy.
I also would follow the advice (by the previous subscriber) and check with a doctor for the dose you require for gender reassignment.

you can get tablets you take every day
or you can get injections that stay under your skin normally in the arm
you can get patches as well
but don't do any thing until you see a doctor
or endcinologest
hormones can kill if they are not taking with care
i am a male to female transgender so i can't give you any other advise other then

SEE your doctor and get a referal to ENDO
testosterone is normally given in a injection and must be done under supervision.
the rest of transition costs vary depending on what all you need to get done.

I dont know but it is an interesting question. Women have only 10 % the testosterone that men do. so I would imagine you woudl have to take enough to increase your testosterone to that level.
