Just use a counselor under your eyes and wear what ever color that looks good on you.....and have fun at the party!

Cleanse your face. Use a toner. Use a heavy moisturizer and put some chilled cucumber slices over your eyes and rest for 10 minutes before doing your makeup for the party. Then, use a yellow-tinted concealer stick anywhere there is shading or darkness in your complexion. (use green for red spots like pimples). Then use a foundation that blends well with your skin color, all over your face. Add a light powder (translucent), and then accentuate features other than your eyes, such as your cheeks and lips. Use a color that you feel comfortable with for lipstick, probably a moderate neutral. One that I always find works with all types of skin tones is Brazil Nut by Loreal.

Hope that helps!

make your own powder foundation mix colors together and dabb it on your check to match, just to be honest for darker tones You might have to spend money on a brand like ID bare-essentials to find a good mineral base makeup, which will even out those tones without caking on concealer. I’m not sure of the time frame you have, but if possible call around to see who would have that, I know Physician formulas (drugs stores) has the best mineral wear, however I haven’t seen dark tones from them, that doesn’t mean they don’t carry them. My best friend is African-American and it’s ridicules to find her shade and she took a make-up class and had to special order her makeup. Best bet though is a good powder mineral foundation. I wish I knew where you could get it locally for you though. However a bit of advice my friend loves bronzer, she uses it as a high-lighter. ;)
