Not a good idea. Although I think it's legal again...lol. But even if it's legal and you don't happen to have heart probs with it, you're basically screwing up your metabolism. You may drop weight at first, but you're better off doing it the old fashioned way, unfortunately.

I wouldn't. The last I heard about ephedra it was killing people. I think the best thing to do is diet and exercise. For best results exercise at a health club with a trainer.

i did before and i lost 30 lbs in a couple of months. kept it off for 2 yrs. Then gained 45 back.
