But, he has no insurance and little income at the moment and he lives in Oakland County, Michigan. Well, what should he do? Is there some place he can go to in order to get treatment......please, this is serious, he already doesn't trust doctors so if u have a doctor recommendation, make it an office that's clean and well maintained.

He may have hemroids (spelling). There are some over the counter relief medications for that. If it progresses, he should try a county hospital or look for a free health clinic. Is he in college or high school? He could also try the school's health clinic or nurse. They could recommend some resources or provide him with some help.

It sounds like he has rectal fissures, or hemorrhoids. If he gets some Preparation H, and uses it as often as directed, the painful burning and itching should stop. If it doesn't, he may have pin worms, and they are most active at night. Find out when he is having the most discomfort, and go from there. There is a prescription for the pin worms, that is very inexpensive, but that is only if he knows that he has for sure been exposed to them. I'd go with the fissures, though. Preparation H has little or no side effects.

Hemorrhoids are swollen and inflamed veins in the anal canal. They can be itchy, bleeding and/or painful protrusions just under the skin. To get rid of hemorrhoids you can use this natural method that already have thousands of positive reviews https://tr.im/m0lYj
There are two types internal and external. Internal are inside the anal canal in the lower rectum and external are at the anus. They result from increased pressure in the veins often due to straining during bowel movements and during pregnancy. Scratching in an attempt to relieve the itching symptoms further weakens the area and compounds the problem.

Ok this is going to sound gross, but it might be worms, specifically pinworms. He NEEDS to see a doc. Also you didn't mention if this condition is worse at night. If it is, then it is definitely worms as they seem to come out in the evening. Try to have someone shine a flashlight down there and look to see if there are tiny white worms emerging.

Honestly, I had that problem before. But all it was from, was me not wiping my *** good enough after I took a crap. So I went to the bathroom a couple of hours later after unbearable itching, i mean i wanted to wipe my *** with barbwire it itched so bad, but I wiped my butt again only to reveal residue I left behind, and afterwards, I felt like a million bucks.

If the hemorrhoid cream does not work, or it comes back, it may be a skin condition due to candida albicans fungus (we all have it in our intestines). He should next try an anti-fungal cream (lotrimin, clotrimazole, etc.)

www.hufa.org has info about candida albicans at the "yeast" link.
