My heart beats about 35-40 times, than, it skips a beat, than continuse to beat again for about another 40 times, and so on.. i heard adderall makes your heart race, will this hurt my heart? isn't it good for your heart to pump faster?

Adderall will not kill you. However, Adderall may cause rapid heart beat along with jitteryness and some other symptoms. It really depends on the reason why you're taking it. If you're taking it for ADD, it probably won't affect you that much. If you're taking it for energy, that's when it can affect your heart. It's definitely not a good thing to take if you've got an irregular heartbeat, but it surely will not kill you. I'd still ask a professional about yourself specifically and if it is okay to take. Everyone will be affected differently.
If you do take, definitely do not take any other energy enhancing substances with it, which includes caffeine.

Adderall's side effects are rapid heart beat, drymouth, constipation, and headaches. Maybe you should try lowering your dosage. I have been on adderall for almost 10 years and I normally have a fast beating heart but it's not going to kill you. I also take the extended release and so there are times in the day when it beats faster than other times. If it beats fast enough to where it bothers you sit down for a minute and take deep breaths. Other than that just try a lower dosage first.

The only time you want your heart to beat rapidly is as a result of exerciseing and then it should slow quickly when the exercise is done.
