You can answer this for yourself. Go to www.networksolutions.com and click on the WHOIS link on the bottom. Search by IP address with your IP address. See what information comes up. That’s exactly the same thing the forum’s creator sees.
No, your street address is not accessible and neither is any of your personal information. Only your ISP has that and they generally will never give that out without legal action.

yes. from your ip address, it is possible to find your location. unless, you are using a proxy server, he will have hard time to find where you live.

Only your city - he needs a warrant form your ISP to find your address.
