How do I write up a Bench Book for community Property in Bossier Parish Louisiana?

I am going to court Nov 2006 and I am preparing a Bench Book to give to the Judge. Does anyone know where I can find Information to best prepare it. I also an adding repair costs from contractors and pictures. I would like to thank anyone who can help me. Thanks Marta
