A UK citizen who has recently been in university can apply for a special work visa called a BUNAC. This would allow the UK citizen to work in the US for up to six months.

Otherwise, my understanding (as an American) is that you would need your ranch to apply for a work visa for you, explaining that you have special skills that cannot be fulfilled by local workers.

If you mean pay owed, you go to that state's employment office. They will investigate any disputed pay, no matter the circumstances.

If you mean as a guest worker. That takes a Green Card to do it legally. The fastest way on a Green Card is to get an employer to sponsor you or gamble on a lottery system put on by the US government for available cards of that category.

Being American . I can answer this no problem .

Become a Mexican . No Green Card needed.

Really it's not hard . Our immigration policy is pretty 'laxed . Apply for a work visa at the American consolate then come on over .
