i got jumped by a gang of sqirrels and they took my money and my credit cards along with all of the other valuable stuff i had on me. is it legal to press charges on a bunch of squirrels?

Quit pulling our legs squirels wouldn't do this, raccons might but not squirrels.

Here's what you do: you get a buddy of yours to tag a couple of squirrels to make a squirrel stew (I'll have to get back with you on the recipe). Once the stew is made, go to the area where you were jumped by the squirrels and eat the stew. I've been told they smell their own kind, so they'll know something's wrong. When you see the ones that jumped you, point your spoon at them and say "Next time, it'll be you in this bowl!". You'll get your credit cards back in about two days...

Basically there's not much you can do. If you can catch 'em, you can cook 'em and eat 'em. That won't bring back your valuables, but at least you'll have the satisfaction of knowing the scoundrels ended up stewed squirrel. You, unfortunately, will likely end up just stewed which is what you were when you began this prefabrication.

I am glad to know that I am not the only one the infamous Squirrel Gang is after. Yeah, you can press charges on them but they are a savvy group and will drown you in paper work ... their motive is to ultimately drive you "nuts" ...

I tried to press charges on a group of Possums that robbed and gang raped me. I couldn't place a positive ID on the thugs. They were let off the hook, so now I just kill possums for fun. You should do the same.

I have actually done it. I didn't get much from it but my self respect back. Those squirrels deserved to be in jail. They hit me with a nut and put me in a comma for 2 months. My family cut their tree down and took all of their walnuts, got my money back too. My grandfather ate the babies, he said they were good.
