Where can my boyfriend get free anger management classes?
We are in Orlando and I love him, but he needs MAJOR anger help. He never thinks before he reacts, and the smallest things bother him, such as if I tell him, after he tells me he is hungry, please wait 20 min and I will cook it for you. Last night I told him that, and usually I don't make him wait, I cook right away, but I asked him to wait 20 min, he slammed the door and got pissed and yelled. Then he tried to leave in his car. I stood in front of his car so he would not leave, believing he would not step on the gas, and I was wrong, he stepped on the gas trying to avoid me, but he hit me, and now my nose looks broke, and I have bruises and scratches everywhere. He did not try to hit me with the car, but he never throught twice about stepping on the gas when I was practicly right in front of the car in the driveway. I don't understand why I take his **** sometimes.Where can he get anger management in Orlando

This is not anger management. He is controlling and will unfortunately get worse if you marry him. He is taking more and more control of you and you would do better to end the relationship.

If you look at his past, you will most likely find that his father abused or at least controlled his mother. He may also have been a momma's boy.

I am telling you this as someone with a Masters of Professional Studies from a Seminary. I have taken classes on domestic abuse and you are discussing a textbook case.

Either, get out of the relationship quickly or at a minimum start reading any book you can on domestic violence. You will soon recognize all of the traits in your boyfriend as clearly stated in the books.

Take care and God Bless You,
Troy

Um...HOLY CRAP! You don't need to find him anger management, you need to find a new boyfriend! If he's willing to step on the gas, knowing you were in front of him, then what's stopping him from pulling a trigger when he's really pissed? PLEASE don't let it come to that - if he really loved you, he'd never hurt you! Never! If he'd never hurt you and had anger problems, that''s one thing and you could work together on that, but he's left bruises on you and that's not cool - it's criminal.
Get out before he does something worse!
Good luck!
Aloha!!

He needs anger management, but you need to get a backbone and LEAVE NOW. He hit the gas "trying to avoid you?" Please - even you can't possibly believe that.

I don't believe you love him. I believe you love pain and drama, because you think that's what love is. Get out, get therapy, or get ready to get the crap beaten out of you - if you're lucky and he doesn't actually kill you.

so what are you going to do when DOES try to hit you with the car?
what are you going to do when he DOES punch you in the face and breaks your nose?
do you really think it won't happen over a period of time?
forget about the anger classes, get the hell out of there.

You should not be looking for anger management classes for him you should be looking for a new boyfriend. Your situation is not going to bet better and you truly need to be treated better than you are now. Outburst like his should not be tolerated

Why do you put up with that ****. Best anger management is don't put up with it. There is a door let him walk out of it. You don't need companionship that bad and if you do then you need counseling.
