We have Verizon and we are constantly unable to get our calls to go through. (my husband and I are calling eachother and both have Verizon) We only have cell phones and I need to know what service is the most reliable. Plus, dropped calls are also an issue, (verison lies in their commercials). I want to change but need to know more about the other options. Please tell me your own experiences with other services Good and Bad. Thanks!

BTW- I've had verizon for a few years and this just started happening after I renewed my plan this last time. They replaced my phone, but it still keeps happening. The only reason I have left is that it's the nOtwork.

I had only one cell phone company when I started using cell phones in 2000. Anyway, my phone company is Sprint. I had no problems except for battery deaths after charging it, but Sprint gladly replaced the phones that I had to pay $35 then for them to be shipped to my house. Now they will be glad to replace my phone in the store free of charge since all their phones are now Pcs vision capabilitites. They don't carry voice only phones any more. all I pay is the $3.25 monthly charge on my phone bill. I had my sister switched her phone. At first, she was a verizon customer and one of my friend's only cell phone company as well. My friend got his daughter a Metro Pcs Phone because she wasn't 18 at the time. Now that she is, she switched to Sprint. So please make the switch.

Wow you seem like you have the same problem as me except I have Cingular and I hate it. I had AT&T and then when they were bought out by Cingular I had no choice but to go. I drop calls all the time and thats when I can get a call to go through lol. I like their commercials, fewest dropped calls yea right! Whenever I call customer service after an hour on hold and I finally get someone to pick up and not hang up (because Cingular is good at keeping you on hold and then hanging up) they tell me that they do not know why I am having problems.....big help. Sometimes their excuse will change and they will say its because of hurricane Wilma (thats a year ago already) bad excuse. As for the rollovers at the beginning of ever year you start to lose them they take them away from you if you don't use them in a certain amount of time.
I am now actually considering breaking my contract and going over to Verizon. Everybody I know (except for you now) that is on it says it's the best one out there.

I have had CIngular for a few years and have never had any problems or dropped calls. Awesome service and can change my plan anytime I see fit. They give you the option to review and change your plan every year or sooner if you need to. I live in an area that is not suppose to get really good signal but I have a full signal, also I work in a high industrial area and still get a full signal. Even out on the floor around all the machines.

Verizon. RAZR. (Sorry - I incredibly have had no subject with it. it is extra effective than the V60 it replaced.) Plantronics Voyager 510 Bluetooth headset. In South Jersey, Verizon needless to say has the final insurance and fewest dropped calls. My well-liked telephone as much as now replaced into incredibly a Nokia 6000 sequence, yet they are long long gone... The Voyager headset is surprising. I used 2 others in the previous I have been given clever and study some comments.

i have cingular and i loved them so much i now work for them! but we do have the lowest dropped calls and service is great the only negative is customer service but they are working on that they fired alot of people and are training new ones. plus we have ROLLOVER its great since you get to keep your unused minutes that you paid for plus u know all the basics voice mail Mobile to Mobile nights/weekends and the quality of the calls is very crisp and clear

i have had verizon now for over 3 years, and i have not had any problems with my phone.... picking the best company depends on where you live i.e urban area or rural... i suggest that you look at the "coverage area maps" that all cell phone providers have online or in their stores.... that is the best way to pick a reliable service... goodluck

I have T-mobile. Service is pretty good but I wish they offered free ringtones like other companies do. You gotta pay for all of tmobile's ringtones. Other than that, I have no complaints.
