'cause the black girl is the maid, the latin girl the cook, the asian girl the "masseus" and the white girl the "prize above all else".
Maybe we need to get more black, hispanic, asian, and other non white people to start making commercials and signing the cheques on some of these corporations.

The only thing I can tell you is what a porno shop owner told me. The videos with a white girl on the cover box out-rent everything else in the store by some 80%. I'd elaborate on that and say it is a photogentic thing. Nothing wrong, what so ever with African or Latina or Mullato or Asian or Aboriginal, if an image has to sell product, it has to label the product.
As an artist I can tell you it is harder, but much more interesting, to do the other shades of the fair sex on a canvas board.

The term "girl next door" or "boy next door" is used to mean average or typical. As white people are still the majority in the USA (correct me if I'm wrong at this point) then the "average" or "typical" person selected at random is most likely to be white.

i think its cuz when people hear "girl next door" they think of an innocent, shy, friendly good girl, n they match that wit a white girl. just my opinion

I know. I think they should show a Native American or Multi-racial girl. I think they repersent America more than white people do.
