I would like to see what my ex is making a year...I think he is lying to avoid paying more child support.

Without his permission, it's not legal for an agency to disclose that. You need a subpoena.

If you currently have a child support worker he/she will be able to find out your ex's income , if not file for a child support hearing and a judge will make your ex prove his income

You can go to the courts and request a review of the child support case to find this out.

Hey,well if he has a court order for child support then they should take it out of his check to begin with. If he has had a pay raise they can't take out moremoney. You have to go file to increase in which they will re-evaluate his income,and he will have to show them his stubs,or they will contact his employer.Go file for an increase.

You need to go about it the legal way and have your lawyer take care of it. otherwise it will come out in court if you go to request more child support.
