Many of our body organs expands as per the timely requirement.
The heart, the lungs, the stomach, the intestine, the eyes and the sexual parts expand when they are working. While a few are expanding due to stimulations like eyes and sex parts, others do expand at normal time. The organs that expand and contract at normal time, gets more expanded at certain time shock news or sudden command from brain to do more work like heart and lungs. But their expansion is not that much high when compared to sex organs. Not because they are invisible but because that much expansion can not be accommodated inside the body.
The sex organ of a matured male is the best example of a largest expansion when it gets stimulated and starts working till the end of the ejaculation.
Well I can't say that this expansion is more than ten times of the normal size for all males. But we can say this expansion is the highest of all other expansions at work.
So the largest expanding organ for the male body is the 'Penis' and for the female body, it may be the iris of the eyes.

The Uterus. Although, it is always functioning, it is the only part of either gender than expands to 10 times it's original size and it does this when a baby is at full term. The original size of a uterus is the size of a woman's fist.

And to those of you who thought the penis, you are sorely dillusional. The penis will only increase half of it's original size. So the average male who is 6-7 inches in length, is about 3-3.5inches flacid.

The vagina does expand a great amout during birth..but only 5 times.

The lungs the uterus and the eye's pupil. I think the only one that actually expands to 10 times larger is the uterus.
