Tom gives you a prog you can use to condense the file. If you have any graphic programs you just Crop the photo and when you save it just make sure that the pixel count is lower.

Your picture's resolution is too big. Here's what I do to get around it:

1) Open up the picture in Paint.
2) Click on the Image menu and select Stretch Skew.
3) Reduce the picture's length and width by whatever percentage you need. A good rule of thumb is 20-25%.
4) Save the picture as a new file, so your original picture won't be overwritten.

MySpace limits photo sizes to 600K. Your pic is probably too big to upload. You need to reduce the size of the pic. You can do this with any photo editing software. How you do this would depend on your photo editing software.

Google has a free one if you don't have one.

If you right click your pic and go to properties, you can see how big the file is.

just reformate the picture, If your working on a pc, and i'll assume you are, you need to open the picture in the picture ediiting tool, i forget now what its called, but i think it has a paint brush on it or something, but anyway open it and then go into the option of scew or something, and reduce each side an equal size. You'll find this option by clicking on one of those options on the top of the window. Then save as under a diffrent name and up load that photo.

You need to resize your picture.

Do this by opening the picture in a program such as paint, or preferably whichever program you use to edit and view your photos.

Open it there and click Edit, Select all and resize it. It may even have a resize option depending on the program.

if you don't understand that here is a tutorial
