i know that has to be hard to hear but i know for alot of guys that have been in the military and over seas that upon seeing what goes on in other countries and the idea that another war isnt too far off discourages them not to want kids. some think that bringin up kids in this world know days is wrong and should not be done.i on the other hand tries to think positively about the how thing because its the children we raise that will one day change the world. try to be understanding and god bless.

You need to talk to him about this. Maybe he feels like he cannot handle the responsibility of having a child. Maybe being in the Army (if he went to war) he realizes that him being gone or if God forbid something happened to him over there he will be leaving you and a child all alone.

I think you should talk to him and find out where and why this change of heart happened. The best of luck to you.

My husband did the same thing. He talked about kids before we were married. But after we got married... he'd prefer nuclear halocaust to me getting pregnant.

he was just scared. I did get pregnant after 2.5 years and he freaked the hell out, but then he was really really excited.

You just have to talk it through and keep pressing the issue. He's got to understand that marriages DONT LAST when one wants children and the other doesnt. And he has to be willing to talk his way through it, to either reach an agreement, or find out why he's afraid of children.

It couldjust be that its too soon and he's not feeling grown up enough. That was my husbands issue.

Aparently 30 was too young for children....

Men are dumb, you just have to work with them.. lol.

BABIES ARE NOT A WASTE OF RESOURCES.. THAT GUY IS STPID.. BABIES ARE BEAUTIFUL CREATURES ND IT DESERVES TO BE BROUGHT INTO A WARM AND LOVING HOME.. THIS IS SOMETHING THAT YOU MIGHT WANT TO TALK TO A THERAPIST ABOUT... BECUASE OF THE FACT THAT YOU WER EUNDER THE IMPRESSION OF HAVING A FAMILY WITH THIS MAN, MARRYING HIM, AND THEN GETTING THE COLD SHOULDER, HE MIGHT HAVE INSECURITIES... MOST MEN DO, BECAUSE RAISING A BABY IS NOT EASY.. TALK TO HIM ABOUT IT.... I WISH U THE BEST!!!
