I craved potatoes, Slush (even in winter) and choc chip cookies (but only 1 brad LOL) I usually love bacon, eggs and fish but when I was pregnant I couldn't bare the smell let alone eat them.... funnily enough my toddler doesn't like any of them but loves the above LOL :0)

It's completely unpredictable! With my first pregnancy, I craved cereals. I could have eaten a whole box at one sitting, if I'd let myself. I was very sensitive to the odor of cigarettes during pregnancy, but for some reason just loved the smell of petrol.
You seem absolutely normal! Everything seems more pronounced during pregnancy. Even one's ability to hold onto calories seems more pronounced. In other words, we tend to gain (permanent) weight more easily during pregnancy, so careful about the sweets. I hate it when people tell me things like that, but I wish someone had explained that to me and I would have been EXTREMELY careful during my pregnancies and would have had a much easier time losing it afterwards (I reckon!).

I am currently 9 months pregnant with baby # 3, My first girl (BTW)...And I have been craving THE oddest things for maybe the past 2 months or so..Neither are food items, Nor are they items I could digest...The first is the smell of Comet...I can't get enough of it!!! I don't know how many times I have cleaned and re-cleaned my bathrooms and kitchen JUST to be able to smell it, The second, Is the smell of Pine Sol...Again, I've mopped and re-mopped my floors just to get my daily 'craving' in.
Crazy huh?!?!

LOL, no it's not extreme. I loved falling asleep with my hubby's shirts when he was at work. You don't have any weird cravings like wanting to eat chalk or dirt. I hated salsa, couldn't stand the smell of it. I loved pizza with jalapenos and pineapple and also loved milk shakes, the thickness was great too me. Anyway, eat whatever makes you feel good, even if people criticize it, as long as it satisfies you eat up!

Not extreme, I ate nothing but pickled onion monster munch and rice crispies for weeks, and puked so much that I had to be put on a drip coz I was getting dehydrated. Cravings ARE weird anyway, no matter what it is.

I was sick for most of my pregnancy.
I CRAVED seafood and roast chicken and donuts.
I hated the smell of eggs and sweat.
It's a blessing you like the smell of your husband while you're pregnant. Make life a lot easier. the smell of his pheromones might be boosting your endorphins, too.

WE ALL HAVE CRAVINGS WHEN WE ARE PREGNANT,BUT I THINK MIND WILL TAKE SOME BEATING.
I LOVED THE SMELL OF FRESHLY LAID CARPET.
MY HUSBAND HAD TO GO INTO THE CARPET SHOP,AND BUY 5 METRES OF CARPET FOR ME. (I WOULD NOT MIND IT WAS PORING OF RAIN AT THE TIME,AND WE HAD NO CAR)
EACH MORNING I HAD TO CUT A SQUARE OF CARPET OFF,AND PUT IT INTO MY BAG. WHEN I HAD THE CRAVING I USED TO TAKE IT OUT AND SNIFF IT. I DID REALLY GET SOME FUNNY LOOKS,AND EXPLAINING TO DO TO PEOPLE..
