Trust your partner. Remember you can't control what others thick or do only your own responses. Don't undermine your relationship by trying to make your mate jealous. It will give him reasons to feel like he can't trust you and make him insecure. Be honest & open about your likes and dislikes including wishes for bedroom activity. Don't be afraid to experiement and NEVER allow others to belittle your mate or to know the specifics of what goes on within the privacy of your relationship. That includes your mom,sister,best friend....

The best hedge for a successful marriage is to anticipate the others needs. For example, always remember the old saying, "Unmet demand is a businesse's worst enemy". Let's say that you have decided that you don't want to have as much sex as your husband wants....so you deny it to him....he goes to work and ends up working with another woman who is unscruptulous and has no problem answering the mail for him...eventually he'll leave you because he's achieving his "desired end-state" somewhere else. Or he has not been making you feel special...if a woman doesn't feel special then she won't act special....so you go of to work and wokr with a man whi eventually makes you feel special...so you leave him.
To be happy you must anticipate the others needs and wants and without request fulfill them. If you keep your husband sexually satisfied he'll be much less of a target for bad women. He'll be able to brag to his buddies on how well you take care of him etc.... This will spur him on to do things of love and kindness for you and instead of the sprial spinning ddown it will continue to "spin-up".
Always have date night...never abandon it for anything.....always reward your husband with great sex after date night. It will help to remind you both whay you became a couple in the first place.
Always schedule a vacation for the two of you. FOr the same reason as above.
Men react to sex much more than women do. But that's good since you already have the answer to the majority of his wants and desires. Remember men want the following in a wife...a lady in the parlor, a gormet cook in the kitchen and a hooker in the bedroom. You provide that and you will have a 90% solution to a happy marriage.

Admiration, Respect, Passion, and Trust. And if the trust goes, the rest of it does as well. And a recent study of 30 years, with 30,000 couples found that for every negative comment, there must be at least 6 positive ones to off set it. So if you are a whiner, complainer, or critical, no relationship you enter will be happy. The things to avoid: criticism, defensiveness, stonewalling and contempt. Helpful???

There are many ingredients for a happy marriage. What you should be looking for is a lasting marriage. Happiness is temporary. If you have a strong foundation for your marriage, you give it something to stand on. There are many ingredients and formulas, I say hold on to the things that drew you to each other in the beginning, and build on them!

Find someone that you are compatable with. Don't EVER think that you can change something about your spouse. You must learn to accept what you don't like, or move on.
Never resort to yelling or namecalling. If you feel that much harsh emotion towards someone then they are not for you!!

Always one has to be quite. Then only things go happily. But it is very difficult to sacrifice for that' .For to do this , u need lot of will power. U must know to sacrifice your ego. With elders ego, children shouldnt suffer.

You attitude determines EVERYTHING. If you think you are unhappy or that there are others that are better than your mate, your actions will follow. Think that person you are with is the ONLY person for you. NO EXCEPTIONS. Love that person everyday by concious choice!
