Currently using RZ series MoBO w/ 754 socket, and a sempron 2200. Want to go to PCI supported interface for graff's, but only a month or 2 ago, bought a GeForce 6600c-er nice card for under 250.
so any input there would be great. But when I go to change over, besides being careful not to bump or static anything, what should I expect from the OS and other hardware? Can I do it smoothly?
thx in advance for helping me here. God bless our troops.

You'll have to reactivate Win XP. Hardware shouldn't cause you any grief, as long as it's just IDE HDDs and optical drives. SATA drives are tricky. You'll have to copy a couple of files from the mobo CD to a floppy and then you can install the SATA drive into Win XP.
