As of now SAP, Java & Oracle Apps funkies are paying more as compared to Other Technologies. If u need to choose a technology go for Java first, then SAP afterwards Oracle Apps

beware - 'payable' means you have to pay - perhaps you wanted to mean 'paying' - MQSeries is outdated; Java, C, C++ are less paying but more available; SAP, DW are more paying but limited availability ...
