just tell her NO! i take it you just don't want to go to church. because that is what it sounds like to me. Start commiting to an activity on wednesdays. this way, anytime they ask you to go, you already have plans.
sounds like amy has a crush on you!

Stand up for yourself and be FIRM. Do not let them have all your power. Use your power to tell them NO.
Never let anyone and I mean anyone take your power away from you. You make all your own choices (except we must respect our parents and their decisions).
Next time they ask, Tell them No you are not interested now and you will not be interested to go at all. You need no explanation. If you try to explain they find an IN and a way to work on you. No is No. and then let it go.
Believe me when I tell you, they will give up. After hearing No (firmly) a couple of times they will see they can not control you and will let go.
Just remember when you say no walk away as there is nothing more to say at that time.

Ask her if she would rather go out somewhere other than church with you. You could suggest a discrete liaison with her at some out of the way motel. Tell her that you used to be religious but that since you have gotten older that you have developed other urges and are questing for more knowledge...and you would like her to help you.

Go one last time if you don't feel able to say no but next week-end be sure to have a talk with your parents and her (together or separately) to explain to them how you feel. Maybe you could find another good activity to do with her on Wednesday's evenings instead!

She keeps doing that to you because she knows you will give in and go. The only way to take care of this is to say, I dont want to go. End of story. If you dont stand up for yourself everybody will walk on you.

Tell her the truth instead of hiding it....you are the master of your own decisions..don't let someone else decide for you or else that person will think he/she has the control over you.
