I definitely see very vivid color, quite frequently in dreams. Matter-of-fact if you're into dream symolism at all each color has it's own meaning. I have to admit though, I don't ever remember smelling anything in a dream. Except maybe waking up to smelling bacon frying or eggs!

Some people can and others cannot. I usually dream in black and white, but sometimes I will see colors in my dreams. Sometimes I smell something, but not usually.

my dreams are usually in color. Smell objects, I dont' do that but maybe others do. I think dogs can smell in their sleep because mine lays on his back and snorts. When you sleep don't you remember when you awake certain bright colors?

I have dreaned in color, I do not remenber a single dream which was not color (some have more vivid colors than others, which are hazy and foggy),but I have never smelt in dreams.
I have done actions in dreams and found myself doing them when I wake up (not sleepwalking, but grabbing things, etc.)

My dreams are full of colour and smells. It's like I'm actually there. Sometimes I think I dream of my past lives. They are so vivid.

I dream in color, but I don't smell or taste in my dreams. That's why eating in your dreams is so unsatisfying.

We can see color and images in are sleep, that's why are eyes move during REM. Also during this stage of sleep we can smell things that are familiar to us.

color absolutely! smells are "brain familiar recall"....smelling is "real time" but our brains can recall what an odor smells like and refreshes our brain to recall that smell...
:)
p.s. same as sound or music, our ears don't work in our subconscious...our brain recalls the sounds for our dreamstate.
