Also in Midwest. And yes. They are doing a fall festival instead of Halloween parties, but they also expect parents to provide all the goods, run all of the booths and direct the activities!! I was like - "What?!?"

I heard most schools won't allow any homemade treats or candy for any occassion, such as holidays, halloween or birthdays. It has to be something healthy to eat or drink. As far as banning a party, I'm not sure.

Not sure but they are having a "fall party" tomorrow. I think it is to avoid Halloween party. I live in Atl GA burbs.

it's been banned in shools in my area for 30 years. they cant do halloween but they can do a fall theme.
