Hey, how's it going. I thought maybe I could help you out if you are interested.
I have just opened up an online bridal shop where all the dresses are custom made!
You can IM me or email me with a picture of the dress you want and we can make the exact dress in black for you!

You can add me to your messenger if you want (ifthedressfits@yahoo.ca) or email me at info@ifthedressfits.com

Thanks! Hope I can help you out!

Now, the Dude knows nothing of wedding dresses, but I figure that if you can get a wedding dress made, why not use black fabric as the material of choice? Why dye a white one when you can use black materials to make a wedding dress with?

Just a little idea from The Dude.

I would consult someone at a bridal and formal shop. I definitely would not try to do it myself. Black is very difficult to dye. Iet could turn out very spotted. Dyes tend to not absorb in some areas of fabric as others. Also, check out some of the dresses you can get that are already black at the bridal and formal shops. You might be surprised what you can find.

With a little research, you should be able to find a real black wedding dress. Check this out:

When you dye clothing there is no quarantee that it will be the same dye color throughout the garmet. I would get a black dress instead of going through everything and it not working out.

There are certain specialty stores that sell them in black and all different colors. Call a wedding planner, they know where and how to get everything done.

You can dye most fabrics. But I would see if you could get one from a seamstress or unclaimed from a cleaner.
