This is in Yemin Moshe outside of the Old City of Jerusalem.

I don't know what is shul, but I do know where is the yemin moshe neighbourhood and where is the restaurant.

It is very close to the Jaffa gate in the old city wall, right next to the king david hotel and the YMCA centre in Jerusalem.
