three things you can do, chose one:
1- contact seller and demand that he send you the cd asap (hes HAS to pay for a new shipping)

2- contact either the website or the payservice and report what has happened. (they have to fix this or they get bad credibility)

3- demand full refund of cd and shipping. (you have to send back the case)

U got screwed.
That happened to me once at Media Play. Brand new CD; i got out to my truck to open it, and i opened all the packaging (which is a chore in itself) and the CD wasnt' there. I immediately brought it in the store and got a new one.
Too bad you bought yours online; i'd demand a refund or a new CD.

had similar thing happen on ebay. Guy tried same thing, said he would refund the price, not shipping. Finally got the bs resolved (ie, full refund) after a nasty email or 2.

You got robbed. Did you use Paypal? You can stop the payment if you did. If you didn't you should demand your maney back and give them a bad rating.
