Mostly, yes. They all do the same thing; it's the sensitivity of the test you're probably after. The lower number of mIU's it measures, the more accurate it is. For example, a Baby Test (Dollar Store) measuring 20 mIU is more accurate than a e.p.t. Certainty digital measuring 50 mIU [see reference below]. Hope this helps!

I would think so! But I'd never buy a pregnancy test from the 99 cent store again. When I tried to use one I didn't even know how. Silly Me. I wasted a whole buck. I stick with first response and EPT. They have more of a track record.

Sure they're effective! You may not be able to get earlier results, but if you've already missed a period, a 99 cent store test will be just as effective as the rest of the expensive ones.

I used two from Dollar Tree when I first thought I was pregnant. Both showed positive, so I bought a EPT early test. That showed negative. I waited two more days and a digital and doctor test both showed positive. The dollar tests worked great!

The boy that said a test is a test is right because(as the otha person said) it must not be that bad if the FDA people approved it so to me yes but it still does not matter because ain't kno test 100% accurate besides a blood test.

They are just as accurate as the expensive ones you buy at the drug store! They all use the exact same science! Some are easier to read than others...but if you are pregnant it will show no matter what!!! Good luck to you either way!

If a product made into dollar stores, that is because the product can no longer be sold at a regular retail store at full price for one reason or another.
One reason may be it is a discontinued product, another may be it is expired, or somehow stored incorrectly. One thing for sure is, you will never know exactly how it got there or how reliable it is, as a result.
I wouldn't trust it.

I bought cheap chocolate candy from the dollar store by Hershey, guess what. Gross! Stale! Ick!
Go to a reputable place like your local planned parenthood chapter. Look in the yellowpages. Might be a free test if you are low income.
Don't delay! Kid in you may start to need those prenatal pills. To give it a healthy start!
