(I use "XP 64" on my Windows workstation.)
Depends on the SATA RAID. Some computers (and RAID cards) come with drivers for "xp 64", some have drivers you need to download, and others don't have any drivers for "xp 64".
Without knowing what you have for SATA RAID, it is impossible to help you find out for certain whether it will work or not and where to find drivers.
The following assumes you haven't upgraded yet...
Note that some programs and some drivers don't work with that version of Windows. For example, no old 16-bit software will work. (Though you can make stuff like that work in VMWare, Dos Box, etc...)
I recommend trying out Microsoft's trial version of "xp 64". (See sources) Then you can try out the drivers you can find, try out your software, and see how it works for you.
For me, it works just fine and I can certainly recommend it, but use the trial version first.

YES! I had a nightmare with the 64bit sata driver on an Asus board, after more versions and support time from Asus, Microsoft online support and the support from the reseller I gave up and installed Linux. This was at least six months ago though so maybe it works now.
Linux has been perfect (and free of course) since the moment I put the disk in the drive.
