This is the interface where you can, add, remove or modify network protocols, devices and services. If you don't know what these are, you probably don't want to touch this unless you have a very good reason.

Activate wireless card or ethernet adapter. Change IP settings. Repair or uninstall adapters. You really should stay out of this area if you don't what you are doing.
