Do you mean the famous Victorian explorer , who discovered the Victorian falls in Africa , after going missing for a long time in Africa, a journalist named Stanley went looking for him after a long time found him and a famous saying came out it by Stanley.A statement that was famous in newspapers for years he said Dr Lingstone i presume

David Livingstone (19 March 1813 – 1 May 1873) was a Scottish medical missionary and explorer of the Victorian era, now best remembered because of his meeting with Henry Morton Stanley which gave rise to the popular quotation, "Dr. Livingstone, I presume?"
