No listen to them maybe they are trying to tell you some useful information. My get loud sometimes and they are usually telling me that they don't like the person I'm with.

If they tell to do things wich are good for you then pay attention. If the voices are queer and want you to stick a banana up yuor azz then get some help.

Try to ignore them as much as possible, but if you can't take them out for a bite to eat, that should shut them up for a little while.

If scary. Take your medication and the voices will go away.

You must listen to eacch and every voice in your head..........what a wonderful thing to do..........Your time will just pass by.....U will save money on TV or radio.....U must also make notes of what the noises are saying.....make detailed notes.....then type them....then photocopy your notes..........wow U are going to be one busy gal/guy............happy listening

if they are telling you to be responsible and go to work i would ignore them ,on the other hand if they are telling you to stay home and get drunk,i would definately listen to them,have a great humpday!
