The can't be sure. Even discounting the question of the population of illegal aliens not counted during the census as was mentioned, there IS more than one child born at the same time in this country. There are several hospitals claiming they had babies born at the same it was believed that 300 millionth child would be born. 746am I think it was. Don't even ASK how they came up with that.

On World News Tonight they said it was between an African American couple and a Hispanic couple. They couldn't quite pinpoint it like they did the 201 millioneth person. That child doesn't get anything but a cool birthing story.

On Jay leno last night he had a video clip showing the 300 millionth person as being an illegal alien who just slipped through a hole in a border fence.

Of course they can't be sure. First, there are thousands of people who were unaccounted for during the census survey and there are thousands of babies who are born every day outside of hospitals. And how about thousands of people entering the country every hour and end up staying to be counted for later?
