There are lots of ways of gaining justice for some people it is simply a matter of if their child was knocked over on a road then getting the council to put up further signs or reduce the speed limit on the road. There are also ways of petitioning which can bring perceived justice. Justice is a different word in all peoples eyes and can be used in different ways. If you look at Lon Fuller he is from a branch of phillosophy which dealt with legal realism and that could be used to answer the question.

First of all you need to define the word justice?? JUSTICE is defined as the ideal, morally correct state of things and persons.
Now is this attainable by the correct execution of law? I thinks nnot, you merely have to look at the way in which the law is applied today to realise this is not the case. Justice is attainable by law? definately not

Justice is not always attainable through law, sadly, but the alternative is personal justice, with ones wn hand, and that is far less even and more prejudice than the law.

This sounds like your homework - I don't think we need to do it for you; after all, your teacher wants your opinion and research, not ours.
But I will say that the law has little to do with justice. Don't confuse the two.

No because legal justice does not necessarily mean moral justice.
