YES, of course you can.
B.J. Ryan did it on May 1st, 2003, coming into a tie game with two outs and a man on first. He picked the runner off, and then his team scored the go-ahead run in the next inning.
I've heard the story of Nick Altrock doing it, but I don't think it was ever proven after going through old records.

Yep. Say a RP comes into a game with 2 outs in the 8th and tie game with a runner on 1st. He can pick the guy off first without throwing a pitch and his team score a run to win it in the next half inning. So, yes, it is possible.

Craig is right the only way to do it is by picking off a runner without going to the plate while your team is tied or losing. As long as your team takes the lead before the next pitcher takes the mound you are credited with the win.
The Orioles sweep a doubleheader from the Tigers‚ winning by scores of 5-2 and 6-4‚ to drop Detroit's record to 3-23. In the 1st game‚ BJ Ryan earns the win in relief without throwing a single pitch. After relieving Pat Hentgen with two outs in the 7th‚ he picks Omar Infante off first base to end the inning. The Orioles go on to score 3 runs in the bottom half of the inning to make him the pitcher of record on the winning side. He is relieved by Buddy Groom for the 8th and Jorge Julio in the 9th

I THINK SO. SAY IT'S THE TOP OF THE NINTH, TWO OUT, TIE BALL GAME, RUNNERS ON FIRST AND SECOND. COACH GOES TO THE BULL PEN FOR RELIEF AND PITCHER WARMS UP, BUT DOESN'T THROW A PITCH. HE PICKS THE RUNNER AT FIRST OFF FOR THE THIRD OUT. IN THE BOTTOM HALF OF THE INNING THE LEAD-OFF BATTER HITS A WALK-OFF HOME RUN. ALTHOUGH HE NEVER THREW A PITCH, HE IS STILL THE OFFICIAL PITCHER OF RECORD WHEN THE WINNING RUN IS SCORED.

That actually happened once. A pitcher (Nick Altrock, I think, not sure) took the mound in the ninth and picked a man off first to end the inning. His team scored a few runs in the bottom of the ninth, and so he was credited with the win.

Of course it is. A player could get picked off to end the game, or even end the right inning, and the pitcher could get a win.

If you were the home team and there was a mercy rule in place then yes you could win a baseball game without throwing a pitch.

Well, they could be bringing you in for relief at the top of the sixth. it is raining really hard. Your team is ahead. The game is called. You win.
Of course this assumes you are playing baseball. You can win a basketball, football, or hockey game w/o throwing a pitch.
