problem with black the game on xbox?

every time i try to go to next level the movie starts skipping and it freezes .the game is BRAND NEW NO SCRATCHES AT ALL! i need some help

Have you tried cleaning the lens of the Xbox with a laser lens cleaner? If not, try that first (you can get them at any store that sells electronics, and they're pretty cheap).

Otherwise, take the game back to the place you bought it and ask for an exchange or a refund. Remember to take your receipt.
