I was on the phone and I was talking about a family member, nothing terrible just telling about a situation I had with him/her. What I didn't realize was that they heard every word I said. I have apologized and tried to explain my feelings but I don't know if it will be the same? They are also threatening to tell someone about it and I don't want it to get to him/her. What should I do?

You will have to deal with it now. Own up to what you said, and try to explain as well as you can. If the other party chooses not to forgive or doesn't understand, just remember that time cures everything. Eventually it will all work out.

You have apologised and explained your feelings .it wont be the same and you will have to deal with it,,the threatening by this team is so stupid i think you did something that you reget and these 2 people are not going to let it go..so maybe yur best bet is to go to this other person and appologise and you are sorry and that they heard it from you and not the 2 swines,,,,,next time be careful someone else might be listening sureilll

I'm not really sure what your situation is but If you hurt someone, apologize and hope they will find it in their heart to forgive you. If you didn't say anything hurtful about them, than don't worry. Cause you didn't do anything wrong, right?
