Yes, definitely Oriental Trading. I just received in the mail the crafts my daughter and I will be doing for her to hand out for Thanksgiving and Christmas. They were inexpensive, packaged well and I got them soon after I ordered. I ordered on line. I am just about to make another order for a New Years Eve sleepover my daughter, whose birthday is New Years Day, is having.
I hope you give them a try.

Try Sephora, E.L.F, Maybelline, CoverGirl, Loreal, or Neutrogena. You can just search for those on google and they should come up. If you go to a store, try CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, Macy's, Sephora or basically any store where you see makeup. Ask store workers if they have any recommendations; they can be a big help! Good luck! I hope she likes it =]
