is there a safe adhesive/glue that makeup artist use that i can put on her face?!

you should just try using eyelash glue it works very well

At specialty costume stores and right now I believe it's just about anywhere Halloween costumes are sold, it's a solvent called spirit gum that is safe to use; but if you need something faster than that, they sell at beauty supply shops those self adhesive crystal "tattoos" that work beautifully. I think they have those in nail decals as well. Sally's might be a good option, but you'll have better luck at those rinky dink independent beauty supply shops. They have much better stuff in those anyway.

false eye lash glue works really well on clean dry skin / can be found at any drug store
