The best way to proceed is to make sure you are totally relaxed, and in your comfort zone. Make certain you are at the height of your sexual arousal, and that you are lubricating. Your partner must be very patient and slow, and must take your cues as to how slow and how deep to penetrate that very first time. You might not be able to get completely penetrated that first time, some hymens are tighter than others. If you feel a bit of discomfort at the first try........don't give up instantly. You can try the approach of you being on top, so that you can control the amount of penetrating, and the pressure applied. I can assure you this, if your partner is patient, and slow......that very first time will be blissful. I hope this helps somewhat.
Best of Luck!

I don't think u can't lose it without going through pain. When I lost my virginity it wasn't as painful as I expected but it still was painful in a way

Being physically comfortable isnt what should concern you the most. What matters the most is that you're emotionally comfortable. The pain is NOT that bad, and it only hurts the first time or two. What hurts the MOST, is after the fact you realize that you just gave something VERY SPECIAL to someone who in a few months/years will not even matter. Waiting is a VERY cool thing to do, and not a lot of girls/guys do it anymore. Respect yourself enought to wait until you love somebody. Please!!

Make sure your first time is with someone you love. I lost my virginity to the one person I've ever loved and I have to tell you it still hurt a bit. He was gentle and slow though.
It was fumbled seeing as it was his first time too but he still concentrated on how I was and whether or not I was hurting.
Just take it slowly and I really do recommend foreplay. It gives you time to get to the peak of your arousal and that in itself makes it so much easier.

Ask him to be very gentle. I've been there and I was. Make sure he's worth it before. Think beforehand and not just about sex. It should be special, it was a regret I still have.

It's not possible to not have pain when you lose your virginity......remember that song.....
It was pain before pleasure......
There ain't enough lubricant to make it not hurt, it's going to hurt. But tell him to go slow and easy and maybe you'll be okay.
