This is really a question... what were Hitler's two fatal mistakes?

#2 When the allies attacked Normandy The Generals wanted to fall back out of range of the Naval Artillery. Hitler denied and demanded they stay and fight....

Thinking that america would not intervene in the war and I think his lack of judgement&trust, he barely ever listened to his generals and wanted( +thought he could) to do everything himself.

he did so many wrong things while he was in power(to other people and to his own status as leader), 2fatal mistakes are really hard to say unless they are directed at a specific time in his leadership.
