First off, gettin' on RS from a school or other public building is a very good way to lose ur account to a hijacker. Believe me, I've had a lot of friends lose good accounts getting on from schools/libraries/etc.
Second, if ur so addicted to the game that u feel the need to even get onto it from school, perhaps u should take a good, long break from the game while u get ur priorities straight.

Why not just quit school and play at home? Why waste the school's time and money? You are not interested in your future, why should they be? I can see it now...hacking into a wi-fi under the bridge playing runescape with the other homeless. Good luck with that!

DON'T! School is not for playing games. It also screws the servers. That is why there are blocks on them for things like that.
