Name brand laptop have International Switching Power Adapters (AC Adapters). So, check the specification to see if that is the case on your laptop. However, differing countries have different plugs on the wall outlet. So, check what type of a plug that is needed in Korea and buy a converter to allow you to connect from the plug on the end of the AC adapter to the plug the Korean wall outlets accept.

When you plug your laptop into the mains is there not a converter block to step down the voltage? Most laptops made in the last few years will have an adapter on the mains cable that can step down from anything between 100V and 220V. Have a read of it and make sure it doesn't before buying anything.

You need to go to electronic shops or search the Internet for an voltage converter.
Radio Shack (The Source in Canada) sells some, though I don't know if the ones they sell are for Korea.
Google search for '220 volt voltage converter'
Below is just one of the sites available:

i think on the back of some computers on the power supply there is a little red switch that says 110vac or 220vac and lets u switch between the two. make sure it is unplugged. i am not sure about laptops. you might have to take apart the laptop to look at the power supply on the inside. best thing to do is to call tiger direct and ask one of their techs. good luck

When you go to Korea, go to a good computer store and show them the problem. They will be able to sell you a converter.
