I wouldn't say it on the first date because I really don't know you all that well. You might be a psycho killer or something.
Believe it or not I have had a woman say this to me before.

And being a guy you would think when she said that I would have took her back to my place to have sex, but instead, I looked at her in her eyes and told her to go home, I'm not what you want.

Just an opinion. Love is an action word. In order to tell a person you love them you have to show them love. Ex. Buying them gifts, giving them a massage, holding and comforting them when in need, being there for them.

I think that she will feel a little disturbed because it's only a first date. You must have really fell for her, if you know each other for a while like a year then I can understand that you like her, but saying it in her face will probably shock her. Better say "I felt great, we should do this again", trust me scaring her on her first date will ensure complete failure.

Actually these people answereing aren't thinking to much. Listen here. Ok how long have you known me. I could have known you for years and we got close and finally dated. then it would be ok cause you know me and you have always had feeling for me. Otherwise, I don't think it nessasary to tell someone you love them on a first date. just tell them you really care for them and can't wait to see them again.

You would scare me. I would think you were desperate or way too impulsive. You really need time to know if it is real love and if it is love at first sight it does usually last.
