Have you been to the doctor yet. Usually they do an ultrasound on your first visit it will determine how far along you are down to the day. I have an irregular period so when I told them my last period they gave me the due date of Feb 17 when I got my ultrasound they changed it to March 20 so nothing is certain until you visit the doctor. Good Luck to you!!!

Pregnancy for everyone is different. Everyone but me could tell I was pregnant long before I could. The day I got pregnant, I started spreading out everywhere! That was with my first 2 babies. The last 2 were twins, and talk about getting big fast! I had to rely on ultrasound though with all my kids because I would have a period even though I was pregnant (just one I guess it was just the way my ovulation fell). Even at 20 weeks with the twins I was only measuring 2 weeks further along, so without ultrasound it could have been just a misjudgment in days. Just relax and enjoy the experience! Your pregnant, your going to get bigger, in just a few weeks you will have a beautiful baby and get smaller again, no sweat!

See your GP and get a checkup and organize an ultrasound.

When you go for your first ultrasound the technician will make some measurements of your baby and give you a good estimate of your dates of conception and birth.

If your "getting big" then it is very important to start up a regime of applying a good quality vitamin E cream to all the skin around your tummy every day to help keep it supple and as elastic as possible to help ward off stretch marks. Get your boyfriend or husband to help you put it on and have some "fun" doing it.

Ask your ob/gyn. I measured 12 weeks at 6 weeks, and I had twins. Maybe you're farther along too, sometimes you don't miss your first period.
