I find this site offenseive and scary. Kids go to the site and are encouraged to make VULGAR and NASTY animated buddy icons. There is no age check, and they dont have to pay. Its disgusting.

They should, but offshore companies are not regulated by our government. They can do what they want until they get shut down by someone or something else.

you are correct. All sites with adult media should have declaimers that will warn a user that there is adult content. its the ethical way to do it.
